Wedding Coordinating Services
Princess Package - For the couple who has already booked vendors and planned the wedding but need someone to mange all the details. You will be stress free by letting us deal with all the details. This package includes:
• Three meetings- The initial consultation to review contracts and details and set timeline. A meeting at your location,and a details meeting 1 month before wedding
• Help and direct setup and cleanup the day of the wedding
• One hour Rehearsal to coordinate the ceremony
• Make sure the Marriage License is signed
• Set tables with favors, programs, place cards, menus, sign in table, gift table, and candy table
• Onsite coordination and management of entire wedding day
• Work with DJ to establish timing for important events.
Cue music for wedding party
• Meet and direct Vendors
• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors
• Take care of any wedding day emergencies that may arise
Emerald Package - For the couple who has flexibly with their schedules and can plan parts of their wedding but want Bertoli Bridal to assist with design and décor, offer vendor referrals, provide professional advice and mange the details of the wedding day. This package includes the Princess package Plus:
• Unlimited email and phone correspondence
• Diagram floor plan
• Establish color combination/theme and design concepts.
Diamond Package - For the couple who wants Bertoli Bridal to take them through the entire wedding planning process, focus on design and décor, assemble their team of service providers, provide unlimited professional advice, and manage every detail of the wedding day. This package includes both the Princess and Emerald packages Plus:
• Vendor leads and research of vendors
• Set up and attend vendor meetings
• Discount on Floral Design and Invitation Design provided by Bertoli Bridal and Design
Use of all rental items owned by Bertoli Bridal and Design
• Professional discount on vendor rentals
• Includes an assistant

the same needs, so we offer customize packages
to include what you feel your needs will be. We
want to make your day just as special as you.
Floral Design - For our Bay Area customers, Bertoli Bridal can provide complete floral design services. Whether it’s an elaborate floral table arrangement or a simple floral accent, we will create the floral arrangements in whatever size and design that matches your style. Invitations - Our Process
Bertoli Bridal has a large selection of designs from previous clients to help you get ideas for your perfect invitations. For those of you who know exactly what you want, share your vision with us and we will create it from scratch. We use only the highest quality papers to help you design the size, shape, color, and textures of your invitations. We will work with you via email and phone to go over every detail of the process. Once the invitations are designed, we will send you a proof for your approval. Once you have approved your proof, we can move into production. Keeping in mind that the invitations should be mailed 6 to 8 weeks before the event, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production.
